Brandon Bledsoe announced he will run for Southlake City Council Place 3 which has been vacated by John Terrell. Terrell recently announced his mayoral bid.
Bledsoe is an active and long standing member of the Southlake community. Bledsoe is Vice Chairman of the Planning and Zoning Commission for the City of Southlake and has served on the commission for over 5 years. Additionally, Bledsoe is the former Chairman of the Southlake Program for the Involvement of Neighborhoods (S.P.I.N.), an active member of the Urban Land Institute North Texas District, and a board member of the Real Estate Council.
Over the last 23 years, Brandon has worked in a variety of real estate banking industry positions in Dallas, Houston, Phoenix, and Sacramento with 18 of those years formerly with Bank of America. In 2005 Brandon formed Amegy Bank of Texas’ Dallas real estate banking group.
Brandon is a native of Fort Worth and received his B.B.A in Real Estate and Urban Land Development from the University of Texas at Austin. Brandon lives in Southlake with his wife of 19 years Juli Bledsoe and their two children Cameron and Guen.
