Our residents shoulder a tremendous tax burden for the city. I will provide thought leadership to the City Staff and Council to ensure we foster an environment that our retailers and businesses thrive in – all in effort to protect the City’s Triple A credit rating.
I support the elements of the City’s masterplan known as 2025:
- Promoting quality neighborhoods that contribute to an overall sense of place for Southlake
- Maintain a balanced approach to growth in order to preserve the City’s assets (schools, public safety, fiscal health)
- Promote pedestrian connectivity, minimize traffic congestion (sidewalks, round-abouts)
- Support integrated open space and recreation systems that create value and preserve the natural assets of the community
- Preserve effective and efficient public safety services
